How Custom Orders Work

1. Tell Us Your Idea
Send us a description, photo, sketch or inspiration picture of what you'd like made.

2. Choose the Details
We'll discuss dimensions, wood, finish, color and any other options for your project.

3. Receive Your Quote
Once we understand what you'd like, we'll provide a price and estimated completion time before work begins.

4. We Build Your Project
Your piece will be handcrafted with care and we'll keep you updated as your project comes together.

5. Pickup or Delivery
We'll arrange pickup or discuss available local delivery options when your project is complete.

What to Include With Your Quote Request

To help us understand your project and provide an accurate quote, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• What you'd like us to build
• Approximate dimensions
• Where the item will be used — indoors or outdoors
• Preferred wood, stain, paint or finish, if known
• A photo, sketch or inspiration picture, if available
• Any special features or customization you'd like
• Your location
